Once you run FastRecovery you can go into your categories lite subfolders to access your apps inside of those folders. See this article: Regarding Categories Lite put the FastRecovery in the normal location of PSPGAME, the corrupted data entries a folders for use with Categories Lite so that is normal and they will turn into folder or menu items if you are using the contextual menu once you run FastRecovery.
